Orders & Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, and Super Payments. All transactions are processed securely.
When will I be charged for my order?
Payment is taken at checkout. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your payment has been accepted.
Delivery
How quickly will my order be dispatched?
Orders placed before 1pm (Monday–Friday) are usually dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 1pm or at weekends are dispatched the next working day.
How long does delivery take?
Most UK orders arrive the next working day after dispatch. Remote locations may take 1 working day longer. Tracking details are emailed once your parcel leaves our warehouse.
Do you ship internationally?
Because our machines come with UK plugs and in UK spec, we only deliver within the UK.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return an item if I change my mind?
Yes. You can return unused items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in original condition and packaging.
Can I exchange a product?
Yes. Unused items can be exchanged within 30 days of delivery. If the replacement item is a different value, we’ll refund or charge the difference.
How long does a refund take?
Refunds are processed within 5 working days of receiving your return. Your bank may take a little longer to show the funds.
Guarantees & Support
What guarantee comes with sewing machines?
All Singer sewing machines and overlockers include a 2-year manufacturer’s guarantee as standard. Other products include a minimum 1-year guarantee.
What if I need help using my machine?
We offer ongoing support by phone and email for all sewing machines and overlockers—troubleshooting, accessories, and maintenance advice.
