Try at home with Singer Store
New to sewing? We want you to love your new Singer machine! That’s why we offer our Try at Home program – giving you the confidence to set up and test your machine in the comfort of your own home.
If you’re not completely sure you’ve chosen the right model, you have the option to exchange it within 30 days of delivery (or extend this to 90 days during purchase).
How It Works
- Trial Period: 30 days from delivery, or 90 days if extended during purchase.
- Exchange Only: Swap your machine for another model if you change your mind.
- Value Match: Exchange for a machine of equal or greater value. Pay the difference if upgrading.
Conditions of Try at Home
- Machine must be returned in as new condition, in its original box and packaging with all accessories included.
- For most mainland UK addresses, we can collect your machine when delivering the replacement at no cost.
- If collection is not possible or you’re outside our collection area, you’ll need to arrange and cover the cost of return shipping.
- This offer applies only to new machines unless otherwise agreed at the time of purchase.
- If a machine is returned without original packaging, missing accessories, or in a non-resalable condition, the exchange will be refused and you may be charged for:
- The full cost of the original machine
- The full cost of the replacement machine
- Any repair or replacement parts required
